Event description: (2+) The route will be on sidewalks and one gravel/dirt trail though North Tacoma. You will pass through the Northshore Golf Course and will have great views of Mt. Rainier and the Puget Sound. One short hill and several gradual inclines will be encountered on the route.
Award and fees: A National Volkssport Month patch will
be available for the cost of $6.00 which will include credit. There will be
50 available with NO REORDERS . Credit Only will be $2.00. Free walkers
are welcome, but must register, carry and return a start card.

Pre-Registration: Must be postmarked by October 3rd. Make Check payable to the TOTHG Volkssport Club and mail to PO Box 23057, Federal Way, WA. 98093.
Miscellaneous: Water and restrooms will be available at the start/finish and checkpoint. Pets are welcome, but NOT IN THE CENTRE. Owners are responsible for leash and cleanup law.
Directions: From Interstate 5 (I-5) Either North or South take Exit 142B, You will be on S348 St. This street will change names several times, just continue until you reach Hoyt Road. At Hoyt Road drive straight ahead, you will now be on Northshore Blvd, turn left at the next traffic signal and then immediately right into the parking lot of the Centre at Norpoint. (5 miles). The start point will inside the entrance on the right side of the building.
